Website price in Pakistan (2026): what you should really pay

What does a website cost in Pakistan in 2026? Compare published prices for business sites, online stores, WordPress, domains and yearly running costs.

By Shehryar Ahmed4 min read

A website in Pakistan can cost Rs 20,000 or more than Rs 1,000,000, and both quotes can be fair. The price depends on what the site must do, who builds it and what you keep paying for each year.

All figures below were read on 5 November 2026. Most come from companies that sell websites, so use them as a guide and not as fixed rates.

Website price in Pakistan by type

What you need Published price Source
Basic informational site, 5 to 10 pages Rs 30,000 to 80,000 AAMAX
Basic WordPress site Rs 20,000 to 100,000 GoDaddy
Business site with a CMS such as WordPress Rs 80,000 to 300,000 AAMAX
Small WooCommerce store From Rs 20,000 for up to 25 products Creative Vision IT
Small to medium online store Rs 50,000 to 200,000 GoDaddy
Advanced online store From Rs 150,000 to more than Rs 1,000,000 AAMAX
Custom web app or dashboard Rs 300,000 to Rs 3,000,000 or more AAMAX

The sources do not fully agree, which is normal. A cheap package often covers setup only, while a higher quote may include content, photos, training or later support.

Costs you pay every year

The build price is only part of the cost. Ask about these before you agree.

  • .pk domain: the registry PKNIC lists Rs 2,100 a year from 1 August 2026. Sellers charge more: HosterPK lists Rs 4,499 for 2 years.
  • .com domain: HosterPK shows about Rs 3,400 a year.
  • Hosting: GoDaddy's guide gives Rs 5,000 to 100,000 a year, depending on the site. A small site sits near the low end.
  • Maintenance: the same guide gives Rs 1,500 to 10,000 a month if you hire someone.
  • SEO: this is separate work, and the guide lists Rs 10,000 to 100,000 a month. A new website does not rank by itself.
  • Shopify, if you choose it: Basic is US$19 a month paid yearly, or US$25 paid monthly, charged in dollars.

Which option is right for you

  • You sell on Instagram or WhatsApp with a few products: you may not need a website yet. A store link can show products and take orders first, such as ClientoraHQ One. It holds up to 30 products, and buyers do not pay inside the store.
  • You run a salon, clinic, cafe or local service: a simple site with your services, location and WhatsApp button is usually enough.
  • You want Google traffic: choose a site you can add pages to, and budget for writing content.
  • You sell many products and want online payment: you need a real online store. Check who sets up the payment gateway, and who pays its fees.
  • You need logins, dashboards or your own system: this is custom software, so expect a custom quote.

Questions to ask before you pay

  1. How many pages and how many revisions are included?
  2. Who writes the text and supplies the photos?
  3. Will the domain and hosting be in my name, with logins given to me?
  4. What will I pay every year after the first?
  5. Does it work well on a phone? Can I see two live sites you built?
  6. Can I change prices and text myself, or do I pay each time?
  7. What happens if something breaks after delivery?

The third question matters most. If the domain is in the developer's name, moving away later can be hard.

How to avoid paying too much or too little

Get two or three written quotes for the same list of pages and features. Compare what each quote includes, not only the total. A very low price is fine for a simple site, but ask what is left out.

Pay in stages, for example a part at the start and the rest when the live site is ready. Keep the agreed scope in writing, even if it is only a WhatsApp message.
